Albert A. Calise, Esq.

Albert has been a litigator on behalf of individual, small business and major corporate litigants throughout New Jersey and New York since 2003. His experience involves representing Plaintiffs and Defendants in Personal Injury matters involving Automobile, Slip and Fall, Product Liability and Premises Liability accidents. In addition, he represents parties involved with False Arrest and Malicious Prosecution, Insurance, Business Litigation, Consumer Fraud and Municipal Court matters.

Albert regularly defends businesses in building code, fire code, consumer affairs, marketing, weights and measures and other administrative law matters in both New Jersey and New York.

He also represents clients in all aspects of Real Estate transactions, including guiding the client through the attorney review process, inspection issues and closings.

Albert graduated Cum Laude with Honors from Monmouth University in 2000 and from Brooklyn Law  School in 2003.
